Confusion I mean, this is one of the simpler photos I found. Just google it and it is absolutely overwhelming. The five weeks I was in New York City were some of the most taxing days of my life. I'd come home mentally exhausted and felt as if my eyes were burned. Those weren't the days I was going to museums either. That's a surefire way to make me zombie out. Despite the constant bombardment, certain images and slogans will stick more that others. Like the Koolaid man. I was redoing my logo and it dawned on me, my logo may be similar. Look above. I freaked. So I compared and determined it was not enough of a tie to really think it was highly influenced. Weird nonetheless. You just never know what really sticks. Makes me wonder if anyone really ever has anything original. To tell you the truth, I don't know the answer either. I'm ok with that.

Surprising what sticks.....
Its really odd when you think about what sticks in our minds, like peanut butter on the roof of your mouth. That may be an analogy that only makes sense to me. What I'm saying though is it marvels me that our mind filters as much info as it does on a daily basis. We catalog tons of images. I think that's why going to Times Square in NYC was one of the most overwhelming experiences of my life. I mean look at it.

Shirtless Friday
Don't be perverted, this isn't about me going shirtless. But about something one of my friends showed me. I just love it! Its a website called The BERRY and it's fabulous. It's geared towards women, and I've always thought blogs need to have a specific audience. Though I'm not even sure I have one anymore. Too much in life for me to be a serious blogger I guess. But the Berry is full of pictures. And I know we all love that! I'm turning into quite the fan. Visiting on a daily basis just because it just makes me giggle. So, do yourself a favor and pay it a visit.
If you're any sort of female, you shall especially love their SHIRTLESS FRIDAY. Where they let you can ogle guys of all kinds, sans their tees. Admire them in their glory and have a smile. They also have cute animals which put puts that golden smile across your face too.
Enjoy my friends find. I will continue doing so. :)

Oh vey
So, I have been working on some design stuff for other people. Which has been great. But I need to design my website. I've been dragging this out for some time and am still at a loss as what to do. Anyone have inspiration they can pass along?

Its never easy...
Sometimes you look around at your life and realize you've stalled a bit. I think we can all get comfortable and complacent. When we get to that place it is extremely hard. Extremely hard because it takes more effort to do what we really want. I've been wanting to get more serious about my art. However, I am incredibly good at making up excuses. Its a habit I need to break. Like yesterday.
